The 25th Philippine Computing Science Congress is organized by the Computing Society of the Philippines to enable local and neighboring computing educators, researchers, information and communications technology (ICT) professionals, and students to interact and share their work in computing, computer science, computational science, and ICT. The conference features special lectures by prominent researchers and educators, along with contributed papers in ICT, computing, computer science, computational science, and related fields.

Papers should use the prescribed PCSC 2025 template and have a minimum of 6 pages and maximum of 8 pages, including references.

This conference follows a double-blind peer review process. To ensure proper manuscript preparation, please adhere to the following guidelines::

1. Remove author names and affiliations from the submitted manuscript.

2. Replace any citations or references that identify the authors. Use "[Anonymous, 2008]" to reference the authors' work, and for the reference list, replace details with "[Anonymous 2008] Details omitted for double-blind reviewing.

3. Omit acknowledgement and funding sources.

All submitted papers must be original and not under concurrent consideration by any journal or other conference/symposium. Each submitted paper will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers. Only papers receiving an average positive rating will be included in the conference program and proceedings.

PCSC 2025 will not accept any paper under review, accepted, or published elsewhere at the time of submission. Authors are also required not to submit their papers elsewhere during the PCSC 2025 review period.

The PCSC 2025 Student Research Workshop invites students at various stages of their research to present their work and receive mentorship and feedback from the research community. This is also an opportunity to present exciting contributions that showcase innovative technologies and detail preliminary experiments that foster discussions to provoke new ideas to emerge.
