For the Main Conference: Papers should have a minimum of 6 pages and maximum of 8 pages, including references.

For the Student Research Workshop: Papers should have a maximum of 4 pages in content with an unlimited number of pages for references and supplementary materials.

For the Main Conference: This conference uses double-blind peer review. To prepare the blinded manuscript, here are the guidelines:

1. Remove author names and affiliations from the submitted manuscript.

2. Replace any citations or references that identify the authors. Use "[Anonymous, 2008]" to reference the authors' work, and for the reference list, replace details with "[Anonymous 2008] Details omitted for double-blind reviewing.

3. Omit acknowledgement and funding sources.

For the Student Research Workshop: Submissions do not have to be anonymized.
